Favorite herbal remedies

July Ward Newsletter Update:  Just a note from the herbs in the newsletter that Brigham Young mentioned. The yarrow is NOT the yellow flower decorative yarrow, it is the white flower yarrow often found in the wild.

Try to avoid direct sunlight. Then store in a cool place in a tightly sealed container.  The recommended dosage is 1 cup of tea 3 times a day when working on an ailment. Can be hot or cold.
